According to the report, China has made remarkable progress in modern logistics and advanced manufacturing in recent years. A total of 80 national advanced manufacturing clusters cover high-end equipment, new energy and other fields, with clusters in the high-end equipment sector accounting for 36.25%.

  In the meantime, China’s supply chain digital transformation has been accelerating, empowered by emerging technologies. Statistics from the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing show that the overall penetration rate of artificial intelligence in logistics and supply chains has exceeded 37%, among which the penetration rate in transportation optimization is the highest at 78.18%.

In addition, the report noted that the global expansion model of Chinese enterprises has gradually shifted from “product exports” and “capacity exports” to a new stage of “industrial and supply chain going global”, with industrial clusters jointly building an overseas ecosystem.

  In 2024, the import and export volume of cross-border e-commerce reached 2.63 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 10.8%. The number of overseas warehouses built by Chinese enterprises exceeded 2,500, with a total area of more than 30 million square meters.
